Austin National begins every client relationship with a process that lets us understand the total financial landscape and take in the big picture of a client’s current standing, as well as their needs and goals. Once we have clarity on the current financial position we work with the client to consider investment strategy options and create a financial plan for their future. This early process of listening, collecting data, assessing, and adding levels of detail creates the foundation for a collaborative and productive relationship. This allows us to develop a personalized and comprehensive financial view with recommendations that align closely with your interests.

After implementing the investment proposal, Austin National prepares a welcome kit that summarizes the activities we have completed and sets the direction for a client communications plan moving forward. From on-line account access with performance reporting to regularly scheduled review meetings, we create and nurture open dialogue between the advisory team and client. We believe this is an integral part of the successful client relationship and are committed to this process as part of our pledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
